Federation aspires to contribute for the growing of the incomes and the welfare of the farmers and also for the sustainable rural development.

Mission:

Federation impulse and catalyze the process of sustainable valorification of the existent agricultural potential by foundation of the local organizations "Agricultural Producers Associations - A.P.A.".

Objectives:

• To maintain and to develop the agricultural potential of the Maramures area and thereby to contribute at the income growing in the farms.
• Improvement of the provide technical assistance and the extension for new agricultural and zootechnical technologies and to organize the practical instructions of the farmers in Romania and abroad.
• The development of an own strategy for the country-side of Maramures by forming of agro-economical nucleus with model farms which will be a good example for the other farmers in the area.
